The NeuroTech team is proud to have participated in the development of the EnergyTech platform commissioned by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The platform is included in the National Project “Modernization of the Energy and Public Utilities Sectors,” approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev and formalized by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2024, No. 1102.

Smart CCED Protocol
The Smart CCED Protocol subsystem on the Odoo platform is designed to simplify, automate, and optimize the process of creating and managing meeting protocols.
The subsystem provides a wide range of features aimed at automating and streamlining the preparation and management of meeting minutes.
Smart ITSM
Creation and processing of service requests, incidents, and problems. Tracking the status, deadlines, and efficiency of request fulfillment. Monitoring the execution of all requests from creation to closure. Interface customization for different role types and a set of filters for reporting. Automatic user notifications upon request status changes.
Smart EHM
Smart EHM
The subsystem is designed to automate the processes of planning, preparation, and monitoring of the autumn–winter period (AWP) for enterprises of the fuel and energy sector (FEC) and utilities organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It enables asset accounting and digitized passportization of energy infrastructure facilities (CHP plants, state district power plants, hydropower plants, gas turbine stations, regional energy companies, etc.), management of readiness reports and preparation statuses, generation of energy-sector readiness passports, and transmission of data to the central monitoring system.
The subsystem has enabled full digital passportization of energy enterprise assets, including generation, distribution, and heat transportation.
Smart GDM
Smart GDM (Gas Distribution Management) is an intelligent digital platform for managing the distribution of natural gas.
The system provides control, monitoring, automation, and full transparency of all processes — from gas delivery to the consumer to the management of distribution network facilities.
The platform enhances supply safety, optimizes operational processes, and enables rapid decision-making based on accurate data.
